Cancellation Policy

StrikeIQ Pro subscriptions are prepaid for a fixed period and do NOT auto-renew. You are never charged automatically. 1. No auto-renewal: Your card/account is charged only when you choose to buy or renew a plan. There is no recurring/standing charge to cancel. 2. Stopping the service: You can stop using StrikeIQ Pro at any time. Your Pro access remains active until the end of the period you already paid for; after that the account automatically reverts to the Free tier. 3. Renewal: To continue Pro after expiry, simply renew from the in-app Upgrade page. To not continue, do nothing — no action is required. 4. Account deletion: To delete your account and associated data, email support@example.com from your registered email address. We process deletion requests within 7 business days. 5. Refunds on cancellation: Stopping use or letting a plan expire does not entitle you to a refund of the current prepaid period. See our Refund Policy for eligible cases.
